Faith & Facials is a 75-minute virtual gathering for women who want more than a girls' night. As an esthetician & the founder of the Face Yoga Institute, I don't just guide you through a skincare routine. I introduce facial exercises that tone and lift, calm your nervous system, and bring you home to your body. Yoga means to unite, and that's exactly what this space does. It unites body, mind, and spirit. While our products are sitting on our skin, we open Scripture, share devotional moments, and have real conversation about faith. It's a quiet pause in your week, with products in hand and God in the room.

Hi, I'm Leah.
I'm Leah Smith, MBA — founder of the Face Yoga Institute, one of only 14 accredited face yoga training providers in the world, licensed esthetician, and business instructor.
But more than any credential, I'm a woman who lived through what I call a "life quake" —where God crumbled everything all at once in my life. My marriage, my career, empty nester, and a deep sense of loneliness. But guess what, I found my way back through faith, through community, and through learning to start taking care of myself again.
Faith & Facials was built from that journey. It's a space to care for the body God gave you, open His Word, and start to let that "little light of mine to shine" for others.
